Konami Announced the Release of Suikoden Tierkreis

After long years of waiting, Konami finally announced a new sequel for Suikoden series. Suikoden Tierkreis is a side-story game that is totally different from its predecessors-- Suikoden Tactics and Suikogaiden. This time all 108 Stars of Destiny are present and a new True Rune will be introduced.

Suiokoden Tierkreis

Unlike other Suikoden titles, Suikoden Tierkreis will be released on Nintendo DS. With a four-character party in a fight, somewhat retaining the Suikoden 4 battle system. Surprisingly, the game will offer two identical worlds of different dimensions. Each world will consist of the same characters that you can recruit from its parallel world. A new twist that will lead to criticism whether die hard fans will going to embrace this sudden change of storyline.

Konami announced the Japanese release date of the game will be on 18th of December. North American release will yet to be determine later next year.

Originally released on Super NES when videogames are still on 16-bit era, Chrono Trigger already made a major recognition for its excellent storyline and advanced fighting mode. With the same game system and 2D environment will take you back to the old gaming days. Though it may not seem to be on the standard RPG experience due to innovative development of video gaming these days, yet this is true at the time of its release a decade ago.

Chrono Trigger

That was September of 1995, when SquareSoft, a video game giant and developer of Final Fantasy series launched the release of the game on Playstation. Now after, a long years of waiting Chrono Trigger will make its comeback this November 25 of this year for Nintendo DS.

Chrono Trigger received wide recognition by role-playing gamers and was hailed to be one of the greatest classic of all time by game critics. Impressive character design made by Akira Toriyama, the man behind the Dragonball anime series and Dragon Quest games. Amazing features include an optional touch-screen control, the Arena of Ages monster battle field, the Lost Sanctum quest and the Dimensional Vortices' dungeons. Other bonus content is the new translations while maintaining the relevance of the story, thus giving it a deeper meaning and emotion. With endearing cast of characters, soothing sounds of classical rpg and multiple endings will make this game worth playing again.
